A: "Yes! While we are based in the Pensacola/Pace area, we are available for travel worldwide. Travel fees apply outside of the Florida Panhandle."

A: "Fill out the contact form below. We take a limited number of weddings each year to ensure every film gets our full creative attention."

Q: "Can we pick the music?"

A: "We use licensed music from professional libraries (the same ones used for our YouTube channel) to ensure your video can be shared online without being blocked."

Q: "Do you offer photography as well?"

A: We focus exclusively on motion picture. We believe that doing one thing perfectly is better than doing two things adequately. However, we have a list of fantastic local photographers in the Pensacola/Pace area that we love working alongside and can recommend!

Q: "What is your turnaround time?"

A: Because we come from the world of YouTube—where consistency is key—we are used to tight deadlines. While the industry standard is often 4-6 months, we aim to deliver your full film within 4-6 weeks. Teasers and Social Media Reels are often delivered within 48 hours.

Q: "Do we get the raw footage?"

A: The magic of our films happens in the editing room, where we cut the jittery camera moves and color-grade the footage to look like cinema. However, we do offer a "Raw Archive" Add-On for couples who want every single second of footage (unedited) on a hard drive for safekeeping.

Q: "What happens if equipment breaks?"

A: We always carry backup cameras, lenses, and audio gear. Redundancy is a standard part of our production workflow, so a technical glitch will never ruin your memory of the big day.

Q: "How far in advance should we book?"

A: Since Hardman Media balances wedding commissions with commercial projects and channel content, we only accept a limited number of weddings per year (usually 10-12). We recommend booking as soon as you have your venue secured to ensure your date is available.

Q: "Do you travel outside of Florida?"

A: Absolutely. We love destination weddings. For weddings within 2 hours of Pensacola (Destin, Mobile, 30A), there is no travel fee. For locations further out, we simply require coverage for travel and lodging.

Q: "Do you require a deposit?"

A: Yes, to secure your date, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding.
